Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. To qualify, products must be unused, undamaged and returned with their original packaging and included parts.
nStarting a return
nContact us before sending anything back. Include your order number, the item being returned and the reason for the request. Unauthorized returns may be delayed or refused.
nNon-returnable items
nPersonalized goods, opened consumable products, final-sale items, gift cards and products that cannot be resold for hygiene or safety reasons are not returnable unless defective or supplied incorrectly.
nReturn shipping
nUnless the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return shipping. Original shipping charges are not refundable except where required by law or where Nordics Stationery made an error.
nRefunds
nApproved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the return is received and inspected. Financial institutions may require additional time to post the credit.
